Buffalo Bills - 2006 Preseason Analysis The Defense will be better this year for the Buffalo Bills, with the return of line backer Takeo Spikes, who missed last season due to injury. Veteran safety Troy Vincent and veteran line backer London Fletcher should click well. This will help the defense come together with maturity and veteran wisdom that all teams need throughout the field. Wide receiver Lee Evans and Peerless Price will have to be patient and work hard to get these quarterbacks reaching good numbers. The big deal with be how well the receivers will mesh with the quarterbacks during pre-season sessions. With three different quarterbacks in the running for the starting position, it could be difficult to tell how the receivers will react to the stress of adjusting to each one until the starter is chosen. Only time will tell, but this year doesn’t look like a winning one for the Buffalo Bills.
