How The Bills Faired Week 1
The Bills have a tough schedule this season. They opened in the first regular season game of this NFL season against the New England Patriots. Their loss was not embarrassing, but it was a loss just the same. The Patriots were just more prepared and quite possibly more talented overall.
The good news is that the Bills have improved greatly from last year. Their defense looks better than before. They were able to hold the tough New England Patriots quite a bit. They look determined to improve and to show the NFL fans they have a right to be in the top ranks. But, just as coach Dick Jauron stated, they have a long way to go. He knows their road to success will be much longer and full of much more work. As long as they are moving in the right direction, they are making progress however.
The biggest question will be how the Buffalo Bills react to their game against the Miami Dolphins. The Miami Dolphins team is a tough one to swallow, however they are struggling as well with quarterback Daunte Culpepper and a struggling running game as well. The Buffalo Bills just might get a good break and be able to take home the win. It all will depend on who stays the most collected and is able to perform.
Who knows, the Bills might have a great winning season this year and get back on track to being a team to fear in the NFL.
